    Inspection of Property & Improvements, Specified property visited with 3 business days, Verification that all funds for the Home Improvement Loan were used directly for that purpose, Report of why borrower defaulted on loan (if applicable), Inspections & verifications include: Verification of address of property, Inspection condition and type of neighborhood in which property is located, Inspection exterior/interior conditions of the property will be documented, and Photographs of exterior/interior property.
